A Breath of Fresh Air

When life brings you injury, pain and trauma

You turn to therapies, like massage and sauna
You feel life becomes a struggle, you’re not the person you were

Your mental health suffers, your thoughts becoming a blur

You try changing your diet, giving your body what it needs

Eating less fat more fruit, fresh vegetables and seeds

All these therapies will give some impact to healing

And will help with the trauma, in which you are dealing

The oxygen in the air you breathe, aids your recovery

That is a proven fact, a medical discovery

So try oxygen therapy, a true and natural resource

It will aid your body’s recovery, to get your life back on course
